We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide the services listed on the platform. Service availability may vary by city and category; we facilitate connections and communications between customers and vendors for the categories and cities we support.
3. User Registration and Information
To submit service requests or access certain features, you may be required to provide your mobile number and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Service Requests and Vendor Engagement
When you submit a service request, your information will be shared with relevant vendors in our network for the selected city and category. Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire any vendor or guarantee availability. Vendors may contact you directly to discuss your requirements and provide quotations. The platform does not guarantee that every request will receive a response.
5. Payments and Transactions
Payments and financial transactions are conducted directly between you and the vendor. LokalVendor is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or financial arrangements between customers and vendors. We recommend obtaining written agreements directly with vendors before making payments.
6. Vendor Information and Accuracy
While we strive to verify our vendor partners, LokalVendor does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or accuracy of services provided by vendors. Listings and information are provided for informational purposes. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence before engaging any vendor.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information, (b) use the platform for any unlawful purpose, (c) harass or abuse vendors or other users, (d) attempt to circumvent platform processes by conducting transactions outside the platform in a manner that violates these terms, (e) upload malicious content or interfere with platform operations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on LokalVendor, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of LokalVendor or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. Your contact details and service request information may be shared with relevant vendors to process your requests.
10. Limitation of Liability
LokalVendor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, any vendor services, or any disputes between you and vendors. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us, if any.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the use of our services should be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If they cannot be resolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your selected service city or as per applicable law.
